Each part of the plan will be allocated to a member of the BCP Team or a Senior Manager with the organisation who will be charged with responsibility for updating and maintaining the plan. The BCP Team Leader will remain in overall control of the BCP but business unit heads will need to keep their own sections of the BCP up to date at all times. Similarly, HRM Department will be responsible to ensure that all emergency contact numbers for staff are kept up to date. It is important that the relevant BCP Co-ordinator and the Business Recovery Team are kept fully informed regarding any approved changes to the plan.
