BC 010207 Project Reporting Requirements and Frequency

The BCP Project Manager should prepare a monthly report detailing the activities which have been accomplished in the last month, identifying difficulties encountered and ways of overcoming these difficulties. The report should also measure progress against the established milestones and include commentary on the likelihood of meeting these dates.

A distribution list should be prepared for the Monthly Progress Report, which would normally include the heads of all business and administrative units. The report should contain an executive summary, which should be additionally distributed to the CEO and the Board.
