Windows Desktop SOS
The SOS (Security Online Support) is the flagship product in the RUSecure™ Information Security Suite. It contains 314 customisable policies and over 40 supporting documents and forms, written by IS professionals. These proven policies have already been adopted by numerous large and small enterprises throughout the world.
The SOS delivers your policies in an interactive framework of over 400 pages of explanation and advice on all aspects of Information Security. The Windows desktop SOS is designed to be installed either on the individual end-user's desktop or as a centrally managed LAN or WAN application.
The primary delivery mechanism for the Windows Desktop SOS is Microsoft HTMLHelp (compiled HTML). This format utilises the powerful features of MS HTMLHelp technology, including sophisticated inbuilt full text search capability and bookmarking.
For non-Windows users and corporate Intranets, the RUSecure™ Information Security Suite also has a browser-compatible version, designed for any browser-enabled desktop.
